Helios Medical Centre have implemented the following measures in response to guidance issued by NHS England:

Helios Medical Centre will be offering same day telephone appointments only with GPs. If during your telephone appointment your GP decides that you need to be seen they will make a further appointment for you to be seen at the surgery.

In order to assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19 please do not visit the surgery unless absolutely necessary, to attend a previously booked appointment or when instructed to do so by a GP during a telephone consultation.

Helios Medical Centre offers 15 minute GP appointments as standard.

It is Government requirement that Patients registered with us are assigned a Named Accountable GP, this GP will be responsible for co-ordinating that patient’s care, this does not restrict the patient from seeing another GP at the Helios. Should you require further information please contact Reception.

From March 2016 patients will be able to review a “Detailed Coded Record” via Patient Access. To register for Patient Access you will need to attend the surgery to complete a form, to find out more click on the patient access button above.
