Helios continues to adapt to the risks of COVID-19, and ensure that patients with other conditions can access good care. It is crucial that if you have worrying symptoms you contact us by telephone. You will either be given a telephone appointment with a doctor within one week or, a doctor will call you back on the same day.

When you speak to a doctor, they will discuss further investigation and care when appropriate, including seeing you face-to-face if necessary. The face-to-face appointment with a GP or nurse will be conducted in a safe way.

On Arrival, a Patient Coordinator will ask you appropriate questions, provide a mask, hand disinfectant, and take your temperature.

If possible, please use the toilet before you leave home to avoid potential contamination
